Membership grants you the ability to make a reservation for any of the working business days during your membership period. Membership cancellation shall be done by the 15th of the current membership month that will reflect on the first day of the next business month.
Cancellation requests must be submitted 24 hours before your appointment time. All last-minute cancellations will be subjected to a monetary penalty comparable to the amount of cancelled service that was scheduled.
Due to the nature of our business there is no refund policy available. There is however our commitment to satisfaction for all our customers. Schedule an appointment for any Conflict Resolution of services within 24 hours of all service concerns or disputes.
Package memberships will renew at the current price. If you joined during our introductory pricing, then your renewals are also completed at that price.
